Thanks for sharing Drum. That was great to watch. Not every aspect of training needs to be physical. Sometimes we forget that.
When I return to Hawaii I will certainly drop into KC’s box and do a session with her. Her heart is filled with Aloha. Thanks for sharing Drumroller. I see similarities with you 🙂
