A huge congratulations to all athletes who competed on Saturday at the CFWX Out of Town Throw Down.
The spirit, energy and quality of movement displayed by athletes from all affiliates was exceptional.
CF42s athletes showed guts and determination with solid representation on the scoreboard.
Overall CF42s came 2nd in the affiliate challenge with Danielle and Matty J also taking 2nd in the individual women and mens competition.

Thank you to Russ, Anna the Judges and all who helped make the day such a success. A quick mention also goes to Mikonos – kept the after party going for so many reasons.
