A BIG BIG BIG thank you to Chops for helping me exit my pain cave and complete todays WOD. Not sure I would have made it without your encouragement 🙂
It was a pleasure Sheree! You had fantastic tactics of counting yourself back in! It’s a habit that everyone needs to push themselves into! Congratulations on finishing and RXD!!!
Thanks so much to Adam for getting me through my last set of wall balls – I was in a whole world of hurt and wanting to give up – it made a huge diffrence!! A new PB – I beat my last time by 4 mins and did it RXD instead of a 3kg med ball – stoked!!
and obviously i am still a bit out of it – difference not diffrence – so tired!!
