Hey Woodrow, what sort of rest time should we be aiming for between sets on this WOD? Also, I’m assuming there’s no rest between thrusters/pullups, yeah?
Rest as much as you need to recover mate. At least 3 minutes or so.
Also go straight from thrusters to pull-ups!
