Codes did CF42s and the Tasmanian CrossFit community proud last night when he represented Tasmania and Australia in only his second ever Olympic Weightlifting competition at the Oceania Titles in Brisbane.
Competing in the 69kg class, Codes was cool, calm and collected landing all 6 lifts with a 75kg Snatch and a 95kg Clean & Jerk.
Codes we couldn’t be prouder mate!
